For the Data Quality Audit and the AI CoE Design engagements, we work effectively with organisations that have a product or operations lead but limited dedicated engineering capacity. The Recommendation Engine development does require integration access and a technical contact who can coordinate deployment. We adapt our communication style to the audience throughout the engagement.

The prices listed — SGD 420 for the Data Audit, SGD 1,650 for the Recommendation Engine, and SGD 2,380 for the AI CoE Design — cover the full scope of the respective service as described. Before any engagement begins, we provide a written scope of work. If additional work is identified during an engagement, we discuss it with you before proceeding. There are no hidden charges.

Yes. Many organisations begin with the Data Quality Audit to understand where they stand before investing in model development. Others start with the AI CoE Design to set up the right structure before taking on technical projects. There is no requirement to commit to multiple services at once — each engagement stands on its own.

We sign a data processing agreement before examining any organisational data. Where possible, we work with anonymised samples or aggregated statistics. All team members involved in an engagement operate under confidentiality obligations. We follow PDPA requirements throughout and can provide documentation of our data handling practices on request.
